small room tiny bathroom
the location near the train station was acceptable. it made transportation easy.
The room felt quite small, almost cramped. the bathroom was even tinier. Entering the shower was difficult. i also found it inconvenient that reaching my room from the lobby required going outside and across an alley. It rained during my entire stay.

convenient location canal-view room helpful staff amazing choice
The hotel is near shops, the train station, and ferry boats. All within a five-minute walk. i received an upgrade to a canal-view room! the staff were helpful and went the extra mile. the breakfast buffet offered a very amazing choice.
I noticed a crack in the ceiling when i first entered the room. It was not major, but it was there.

great location spacious room body dent poor solution
the location is awesome as it is close to the train station. i got an upgrade, so my room was spacious and clean. the breakfast spread had a great variety!
my room had a permanent body dent in it. it seemed like a very heavy person slept on one side for years. their solution was to bring up a comforter for the mattress, but it didn't work..

adequate, but some issues need addressing
warm room damp smell
i encountered a few problems . the room felt quite warm, and adjusting the temperature was difficult. additionally, i noticed a lingering damp smell in the bathroom, which wasn't very pleasant. despite the convenient location, these issues detracted from the overall experience, and i hope they address them.

Underwhelming stay. Maintenance issues abound
sewer smell bathroom door
the location near the train station was convenient.
my room had a strange, sewer-like smell that was quite off-putting. the bathroom door also looked like someone had punched a hole in it, and the bath panel was falling off. there wasn't even a shower curtain.!!

Acceptable hotel stay
convenient location helpful staff dated room shower issue
The location was convenient. It was near the train station. That was handy when carrying luggage. Staff stored our luggage upon our arrival. After a day exploring, our bags were already in our room upon our return.
The room was underwhelming. It was very dated and small. I know this can be typical, but for the price, i expected more. The shower also backed up. We had to stop and start the water several times for the water to drain away.
